NO NEW REGISTRATIONS FROM MONDAY 13TH NOVEMBER
The Red Practice regrets that it is not at present able to register NHS Patients.
This decision has been taken in order to ensure the practice can continue to safely provide NHS services to its currently registered patients.
The practice is not able to maintain a waiting list of patients who would like to register in the future.
Once The Red Practice is able to commence accepting NHS registrations, this information will be available at reception and on the practice website.
If you are not currently registered with an NHS General Practitioner locally, and need to see a doctor or a nurse, you can attend the local Walk-in-Centre in Woking or Ashford.
New telephone system
Having listened to patient feedback we have taken a decision to replace our telephone system and this is now in place since 29th November 2017. We welcome all your feedback so please do let us know how you feel about the changes and if these have had a positive impact to improve telephone access to the surgery.
FLU INJECTIONS ARE HERE!
PLEASE CALL THE PRACTICE DIRECTLY TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT IF YOU ARE IN ONE OF THE 'AT RISK' GROUPS
The flu vaccination is available every year on the NHS to help protect adults and children at risk of flu and its complications. For more information please visit NHS Choices website http://www.nhs.uk/Conditions/vaccinations/Pages/flu-influenza-vaccine.aspx.
For your convenience and to reduce the queues in the morning we have released more appointments online. They will be available daily from 7.30am.
We now have a patient call screen on the wall in the waiting room so doctors will no longer call patients using the Tannoy system.
